Rosters - Rosters are collected via our online registration system. Do not mail or fax rosters to us. If you have changes, make it in the system, by logging in to your team's application. Your game cards will be prepared based on your submissions. Please give us the most up-to-date accurate information possible. The Aloha International Cup allows up to 8 guest players per team. Player passes and loan forms are required for guest players. (Note: Guest players from the same club do not need a loan form). All players must be registered with the same USSF Organization (ie. all players must be registered, with HYSA, USYSA, USCS, AYSO, etc.). NO ROSTER CHANGES AFTER TEAM CHECK IN!
Hawaii players wishing to register new players should contact HYSA State Registrar and submit completed paperwork at least 2 weeks prior to team check in.
Team Check In - Coaches or Managers (any responsible adult) must attend mandatory team check in on FRIDAY, JULY 12th before their first game. We will be available from 1:00pm - 6:15pm at Waipio Soccer Complex (near the Ticket Booth). Players do NOT need to attend.
Out of State Teams - US Youth Soccer teams from West Region, do not need to provide travel papers, only a roster, player passes and medical releases. Teams visiting from outside of the West Region, should provide approved travel applications, approved travel rosters and medical release forms. Travel papers will be collected at check-in on July 18th, while Medical Release forms will be reviewed. Please bring a copy of the approved travel roster to team check-in. US Club, AYSO and SAY Teams should check with their organization on required travel paperwork, if applicable. Teams without the proper authorizations may not be allowed to participate. Please have all items available at team check in. Foreign Teams must supply a copy of their permission to travel, with a certified roster and player identification, with pictures.

Traffic Advisory - Traffic in Honolulu can be heavy in the afternoons. If going from Waikiki out to Waipio Soccer Complex for afternoon games, please allow your self plenty of times. Games must start on time. Per the tournament rules, teams not showing at the scheduled start time will be given a grace period and then will forfeit if still not present. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
Practice - There will be NO practice allowed at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Park. We suggest you practice at Kapiolani Park, near Waikiki. Many Local teams practice at Kapiolani from 4pm on, so we suggest you practice during the morning or early afternoon to get lots of space.
